100% high welfare pork, beef, chicken and eggs. No added brine, nitrates or other nasty chemicals just pure meat so no shrinking during cooking from added bulking agents.

All animals are fed locally grown GM free cereals and beans in combination with what our forest providse.

We respectively processed our animals in an independently owned certified local abattoir. We insist in supporting local business where possible.

We farm through our forest in a agroforestry system delivering excellent animal welfare while boosting biodiversity and sequestering carbon.

Free of artificial chemicals and antibiotics the meat is full of natural antioxidants and vitamins resulting from browsing the wild herbs and shrubs the natural forest provides.
