Easiest Week Night Dinner Ever

Slow Cooking a Whole Pork Shoulder is one of the easiest ways to impress your children on a weeknight. The result is a delicious tender pork that easily pulls apart. Serve on buns, bread, wraps or with veggies. You can make the pork with almost any flavor you want from smokey chipotle, to sweet bbq. Here is our simple weeknight recipe.


Ingredients:

- 4-5 TBS Tomato Puree

- 1/4 cup of Orange Juice

- 2 tsp of paprika flavor of your choice

- Salt & pepper


  1. Salt and pepper the Pork shoulder
  2. Put all ingredients and little water into the slow cooker
  3. Add the shoulder to the cooker and roll it around in the ingredients
  4. Cook covered on High 4-5 hours or Low 6-8 hours
  5. Shred pork with two forks and serve
